If you wish to purchase any of the art shown
- Make a note of the four character code that identifies the piece of work and the price.
- Press the ‘click to order’ button.
- Complete the order form and submit.
- As soon as we receive the form we will contact the artist to ensure that the work is still available and work out a schedule for delivery.
- We will then contact you to confirm that the work is available and the expected delivery date.
We will then ship the work to you
Note, if you live locally to the Art House, we can arrange for the work to be shipped to us for your collection.
- As soon as the work arrives we would appreciate a call or e-mail within seven days to let us know that it is acceptable.
- On confirmation that the work is acceptable we will invoice you. You can pay by cheque, cash or credit /debit card (in person or over the phone)
- If the work is not acceptable you must inform us within seven days. We will then arrange with you for it to be returned. You will be responsible for re-packing the work, ideally in its original packaging. The work will arrive with a return address label.
As per the Distance Selling (Consumer Protection) Regulations and Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations implement European Union Directive 97/7/EC and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive Regulations) 21 Aug 2002 respectively. The effect of these Regulations allow a non-negotiable 7 day inspection period for consumers purchasing products over the Internet or some other distance means of communication. The goods may be returned after that period unconditionally of the customer is not satisfied with them.
- Note that there will be a £20 shipping charge on all orders, this may be reduced for multiple orders from the same artist subject to our ability to negotiate with the carrier.
